OUR STORY
Demi Esok Foundation began at a rib stall in Bandung. Kang Abot, a punk kid raised by the streets and the skateboard community, decided he wanted to build something bigger than just a business.
From his experience running Iga Bakar Mang Abot, he saw how difficult it was for micro-entrepreneurs to access fair capital — free from usury, free from crippling conditions. Many neighbors and friends had incredible work ethic but were crushed by a financial system that wasn't on their side.
And so Demi Esok was born — a foundation that provides interest-free alternative capital for micro-enterprises. The model is simple yet revolutionary: capital is provided as business assets, partners are mentored until they're independent, and after reaching the break-even point (BEP), the assets fully belong to the partner. The returned capital then cycles to the next partner.
This isn't charity. This is mutual cooperation. This is about building independence together — for a better tomorrow.
