How the Program Works
Six steps from selection to independence — a cycle that keeps turning to help more people.
Partner Selection
A rigorous yet humane curation process. We assess motivation, commitment, time readiness, and willingness to learn through open applications, interviews, and field observation.
Foundation Training
Strengthening skills in production, business management, and marketing strategy. A collaborative learning space that is contextual and relevant.
Business Launch
Partners begin running their business with active mentoring from the team. Daily and weekly monitoring through lightweight reports.
Ongoing Mentoring
Bi-weekly direct evaluations. Review of sales results, operational challenges, and improvement strategies with the team.
Reaching Break-Even
Once the capital is considered returned (Break Even Point), production equipment is fully transferred to the partner. No remaining financial obligations.
Regeneration
Independent partners contribute to the next generation — becoming mentors, contributing to the collective fund, and helping build the local small business community.
The Regenerative Cycle
Funds returned from previous partners are allocated to new partners. Those who are helped will help the next.
Key Principles
Four pillars that form the foundation of the Demi Esok program.
No interest-based installment system. Repayment is gradual, adjusted to business results.
Not an exploitative franchise. Partners have full control over their business without restrictive systems.
Capital is provided as business equipment and initial materials, not cash. Managed collectively and transparently.
Assets remain under the foundation until break-even is reached. After that, full ownership transfers to the business partner.
